DR. MD. ANWAR ULLAH, FCMA
SENIOR DIRECTORDr. Md. Anwar Ullah, FCMA, is a senior government official, professional accountant and academician with over 30 years of experience in public administration, finance, governance, and institutional management in Bangladesh. He served as Secretary of the Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat and held key leadership positions in several ministries and government agencies. He earned a PhD from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. He is also a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) of ICMAB. His expertise includes public finance, policy formulation, governance reform, labour administration, disability inclusion, and strategic management. Dr. Ullah has extensive experience in budget management, project implementation, human resource development, and international cooperation. Alongside his government career, he has served as Adjunct Faculty at leading universities and professional institutions.
