Mr. Md. Enamul Hasan FCA is the founder & Managing Partner of H M ENAM & CO. Chartered Accountants. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.
He did his B. B A (Hons.) in Accounting & Information Systems from Dhaka University in the year 2004 and M.B.A from the same institution in 2007. He has remarkable work experience throughout his career.
Mr. Hasan is one of the founder partners of Haque Hasan Ahmed & Associates, a leading management consulting firm in Bangladesh since 2013. Mr. Hasan entered into the Public Accounting Practice in 2016 capacity as a partner in a renowned C A firm. Mr. Hasan has been working as an independent auditor and public accountant for about 8 years in his capacity as a partner in a renowned accounting firm in Bangladesh and thus has wide experience of the private sector accounting and audit in Bangladesh. He has extensively worked for the UNDP, UNCDF, World Bank and other donors on various financial/ economic review related assignments.

Mohammad Omar Faruk, FCA, CMA, is a highly accomplished and results-oriented finance leader with over 18 years of extensive experience in audit, accounting, fund management, strategic planning, and operational excellence across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, cement, light engineering, paper, plastics, footwear, electronics, filling stations, internet services, and economic zones. MD. ABU BAKAR SIDDIK, FCA

Md. Abu Bakar Siddik, FCA Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), having completed his articleship with Siddiqui Wali & Company, Chartered Accountants in December 2011 (Membership No. 1347).Academically, he completed his post graduation from Dhaka college in 1996. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at International Leasing & Financial Services Ltd., since November 6, 2022 to January 2026. Prior to this, he held the position of CFO at S.A Group of Companies from May 2015 to November 2022, earlier; he served as CFO at Alpha Capital Management Ltd., a merchant bank, from January 2012 to April 2015, where he played a key role in financial management and capital market operations.
He also worked as Head of Accounts & Issue Manager at Lebomed (BD) Limited from August 2008 to October 2011, contributing to both construction and garments sector operations. DR. MD. ANWAR ULLAH, FCMA

Dr. Md. Anwar Ullah, FCMA, is a senior government official, professional accountant and academician with over 30 years of experience in public administration, finance, governance, and institutional management in Bangladesh. He served as Secretary of the Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat and held key leadership positions in several ministries and government agencies. He earned a PhD from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. He is also a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) of ICMAB. His expertise includes public finance, policy formulation, governance reform, labour administration, disability inclusion, and strategic management.
Dr. Ullah has extensive experience in budget management, project implementation, human resource development, and international cooperation. Alongside his government career, he has served as Adjunct Faculty at leading universities and professional institutions. He is an accomplished researcher and author with numerous national and international publications. He received the National Integrity Award from the Government of Bangladesh and several academic and professional distinctions. He has participated in international conferences, workshops, and training programs across Asia and Europe.
